According to the BM, countries in Latin America and the Caribbean are beginning to show signs of economic recovery and an increase in the volume of exports, which include higher quality products. The President of IPDAL once again participated in the CAF annual conference in Washington. The meeting, which took place between the 7th and 8th of September 2016, was attended by several politicians, ministers, former presidents, journalists, academics and opinion makers.
