IPDAL Vista Alegre Award
The IPDAL – Vista Alegre award serves to honor entities and personalities who distinguished themselves in promoting Latin America and strengthening its relations with Portugal, as well as those who demonstrated greater enthusiasm and commitment to the Institute’s activities. This distinction also rewards Latin American Ambassadors who the Institute considers to have been exceptional in carrying out their duties in Lisbon.
