The President of the Institute took advantage of the arrival in Lisbon of the Ibero-American Secretary General to deliver the policy paper with the conclusions of the V Meeting “Strategic Triangle: Latin America – Europe – Africa”.
Within the scope of Meeting with the Ibero-American Secretary General , Rebeca Grynspan, which took place on October 11th at Grémio Literário, the President of IPDAL delivered the policy paper with the recommendations of the V Meeting “Strategic Triangle: Latin America – Europe – Africa”, held in May 2016.
Paulo Neves praised the close collaboration between IPDAL and SEGIB, which allows the organization to be disseminated more widely, permanently and sustainably in Portugal.
We remember that the Ibero-American Secretary General was present at the V “Strategic Triangle”, an initiative that was attended by the President of the Republic and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Portugal and which brought together again, in Lisbon, a group of experts and decision-makers from the three continents.
IPDAL always delivers the results of the Meeting to SEGIB, the Presidency of the Republic of Portugal, European institutions and international partners. This policy paper will be presented in Spain, Brussels, Latin America and Africa.
