The Secretary General of IPDAL paid a visit to Marrakesh, with a view to preparing the presentation of the policy paper for the V Meeting “Latin America – Europe – Africa”.

The purpose of Filipe Domingues’ trip to Morocco was to maintain preparatory contacts for the public session to present the report with the conclusions of the Meeting, where the Head of the Royal Household of His Majesty King Mohammed VI was present.
The initiative, held in Lisbon on the 23rd and 24th of May, also included the President of the Republic of Portugal, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of the Sea, the General Secretary of SEGIB and several international institutions from three continents.
IPDAL will carry out identical initiatives, presenting the policy paper, in Madrid, Cape Verde and Brussels.
