Paulo Neves made a working visit to Senegal, Ivory Coast, Togo, Benin and Ghana at the beginning of September.

In all these countries, he held work meetings. It is worth remembering that IPDAL organizes the “Strategic Triangle: Latin America – Europe – Africa” Meeting every year. The African continent has participated every year in this Meeting, which takes place in Lisbon, and which is now in its 6th edition. At the last Meeting, the Head of the Royal House of the King of Morocco was present. Two years ago, former President Pedro Pires, from Cape Verde, was present. Every year, IPDAL also organizes the “Latin America-CPLP” Meeting, which brings together ambassadors from Portuguese-speaking countries with ambassadors from Latin America.
