Between 24 and 26 October, IPDAL attended the 49th National Congress of the Portuguese Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies (APAVT), held in Huelva, Spain. This event brought together more than 300 participants, including the main hotel groups, airlines, travel agencies and tour operators, as well as institutional and government representatives from Portugal and Spain. Between 20 and 25 September, the Institute for the Promotion of Latin America and the Caribbean (IPDAL) was the only Portuguese institute invited to join an international delegation visiting Kyiv, at the invitation of Ukrainian Prism and Eastern Circles.
