IPDAL received a visit from the Belgian Ambassador, at a meeting dedicated to strengthening relations between Europe, Latin America and Africa. During the meeting, the Institute’s work was presented, potential partnerships were explored and opportunities for joint projects were discussed. The Ambassador was also invited to actively participate in IPDAL’s initiatives, reinforcing the mutual commitment to international cooperation and the development of new synergies between the continents.

His Excellency Ambassador Miguel Ángel Prestol, who recently concluded his diplomatic mission in Portugal, made a point of bidding farewell to the Portuguese Institute for the Promotion of Latin America and the Caribbean (IPDAL).
