Filipe Domingues was born in Lisbon, in 1985, and speaks five languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, Italian. Graduated in Communication Sciences, with postgraduate studies in International Relations and Diplomacy, he began his career as a journalist at Rádio Renascença, followed by a stint at Sport TV. Former Secretary General of IPDAL, he is one of the founders of the Center for Cooperation in Cyberspace.
