Filipe Domingues was born in Lisbon, in 1985, and speaks five languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, Italian. Graduated in Communication Sciences, with postgraduate studies in International Relations and Diplomacy, he began his career as a journalist at Rádio Renascença, followed by a stint at Sport TV. Former Secretary General of IPDAL, he is one of the founders of the Center for Cooperation in Cyberspace. He is the author of The World Doesn’t Have to Be Like This, a biography of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres.
