On the occasion of his visit to Paraguay, Paulo Neves met with Santiago Peña, President of the Republic of the Latin American country.

Elected at the end of April, Santiago Peña had previously participated in IPDAL’s main event, the “Strategic Triangle: Latin America – Europe – Africa” Meeting. During the meeting, bilateral relations between the two countries and a future visit to Lisbon were discussed.
