The “Ibero-American Gastronomic Exhibition” brought together eight Michelin-starred chefs from Latin America and Portugal.
On the 25th and 26th of May, at the restaurant Eleven , it was possible to take a sensory trip through countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Chile and, of course, Portugal.
Within the scope of “Lisbon – Ibero-American Capital of Culture”, the Gastronomic Show brought together the following chefs: Elena Reygadas, from Mexico; Felipe Bronze, from Brazil; Jorge Muñoz, from Peru; José Avillez, from Belcanto; Joachim Koerper, from Eleven; Leonoel Pereira, from São Gabriel; Ricardo Costa, from Yeatman; Rodolfo Guzmán, from Chile.
IPDAL supported the initiative from the outset, recognizing the uniqueness of the project, as well as its decisive contribution to promoting Latin American culture in Portugal. Through this action, the genius, talent, identity and gastronomic art of some of the most renowned Latin Americans in this area were made known to the national public.
