La Casa de España in Lisbon, before the magnitude of the Haitian tragedy, and the effects that it represents on the children’s population, has decided, in collaboration with other Spanish and Ibero-American institutions and with the support of the Embassies of Spain and the Dominican Republic, carry out an act of solidarity with the Haitian community in which we will raise funds to support “a concrete project” (reconstruction of an orphanage, hospital, hostel,…), which will be proposed by the Ambassador among the projects managed by this country in its support al vecino Haiti.

The act will consist of a scene at the Hotel Palacio de Estoril, from which the Embajada de España will be informed about the actions of Europe in support of Haiti and by the Embajada de la República Dominicana, its ambassador Ana Silvia Reynoso will explain to us the details of the Project that will apply to the funds collected for this event.
