IPDAL signed a Cooperation Protocol with the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. The document was signed by the Rector of the University of Santo Domingo – the oldest university in all of Latin America – and by the president of IPDAL, respectively Franklin Garcia Fermín and Paulo Neves.

The Protocol indicates that the two institutions will cooperate in the academic area. In his speech, the Rector of the University of Santo Domingo praised the role of IPDAL in Portuguese academic mediation with Latin America.

The President of IPDAL also highlighted the importance of cooperation and exchange of knowledge between two Portuguese and Dominican institutions. The ceremony took place in Lisbon on September 13th and was attended by the President and Director of the Autonomous University of Lisbon.
