As part of the long-standing partnership between IPDAL and Caixa Geral de Depósitos, we are pleased to disclose some of the Portuguese bank’s solutions to support foreign trade, highlighting the new Finance Helpdesk for Exporters and Importers.

Caixa Geral de Depósitos has a set of solutions to support international trade operations and a 100% online platform to carry out international operations, with complete security and speed.

To reinforce support for importing and exporting companies, Caixa launched a new telephone contact channel. ​Through the use of the New Telephone Line, client companies now have the support of a specialized team to answer all questions about documentary operations to support international business.
