Continuing its agenda of presenting the calendar of activities for 2023, IPDAL made working visits to France and Spain, where it met with diplomatic representatives, partners and other institutions.

In France, IPDAL was received by the Heads of Mission of Honduras and Guatemala and held a working meeting with the Director of the Institute Français des Relations Internationales, Thomas Gomart.

In Madrid, the Institute met with long-standing partners such as CAF – Development Bank of Latin America, SEGIB, Real Instituto Elcano, BID and Fundação Friedrich Naumann as well as with other organizations such as the Toledo International Center for Peace, Banco Centroamericano de Economic Integration or the Felipe González Foundation.
