Dr. João Novais de Paula became Honorary President of the General Assembly and Fiscal Council of IPDAL. In a Ceremony in his Homage, and in his Memory, this decision by the respective Bodies of the Institute was announced.

For the first time in the history of IPDAL, all the Institute’s Bodies (General Assembly, Management, Supervisory Board and Advisory Board) gathered simultaneously to honor and remember the “exceptional figure” that was Dr. João Novais de Paula. His wife, Mrs. Dna, participated in the Ceremony. Magda Novais de Paula, the Children, many diplomats and Friends of the hemenage and IPDAL.
