Seven countries join IPDAL at the Diplomatic Bazaar

The Institute’s initiative brings together Latin American countries at the annual fair, which has High Patrocínio and the presence of the President of the Republic.

The Head of State of Portugal was personally at the Diplomatic Bazaar, having started the visit at the IPDAL stand, where he could see handicrafts and typical products from countries such as Belize, Cuba, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Dominican Republic and Uruguay. The Institute’s space was intended to promote Latin America at the Christmas solidarity fair that brings together embassies and international organizations residing in Lisbon.

IPDAL managed to raise more funds than in previous editions, with the funds being allocated to contribute to associations that support people with severe physical disabilities – beneficiary entities of this edition of the Diplomatic Bazaar. The initiative is organized annually by the Association of Families of Portuguese Diplomats. The 2017 edition took place on the 17th and 18th of November, at the Lisbon Congress Center.
