The Political Science and International Relations Student Center at Universidade Nova de Lisboa invited IPDAL to debate the historical ties and the future of relations between Portugal and Brazil, on the occasion of its Embassy Day, an initiative that aims to bring students closer to the diplomatic world.

Paulo Neves pointed out the need to deepen relations with the sister country and create an agenda of common interests between the two nations, extending it to Timor-Leste and Portuguese-speaking African countries, based on a common language.
