Paulo Neves was invited to be one of the speakers at the postgraduate course held by the Lusíada University of Lisbon.
The course starts on February 2nd, at 6:30 pm, and is attended by the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs of Portugal, Rui Machete.

During the course, a detailed analysis will be made of the legal-institutional, political and economic plans of regional blocs with great relevance on the international scene, namely Mercosur, the Andean Community of Nations (CAN), the North American Free Trade Association (NAFTA), the African Union (AU), the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR) and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), serving the European Union (EU) as a parameter to assess the level of integration in its various domains.
