On the 10th, the President of IPDAL began a working visit to Latin America. Buenos Aires was his first stop.

Dr. Paulo Neves had a series of meetings with the Government of the Argentine Republic, represented by the Director for Europe of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Claudio Giacomino, and renowned institutions, such as the Consejo Argentino para las Relaciones Internacionales and the Fundación Nuevas Generaciones .

The trip to Argentina ended with lunch at the Portuguese Embassy at the invitation of His Excellency Ambassador José Ludovice. Paraguay and Uruguay are the next countries to welcome Dr. Paulo Neves.
