Paulo Neves was invited by ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management to debate the topic “Latin America: Current Opportunities and Challenges”.

On May 16th, at the invitation of António Mendonça, President of CEsA – Center for Studies on Africa, Asia and Latin America – and former Minister of Public Works, the President of the Institute also explained his vision on topics such as the international context current situation, the evolution from a bipolar world to a multipolar world, as well as the role that Portugal can play in the face of urgent challenges in Europe and the Atlantic.
