Paulo Neves made an official visit to Morocco, where he established contact with several institutions and personalities relevant to IPDAL.

In addition to being received by several national authorities, the President of the Institute had working meetings with the Institut Royal des Études Stratégiques (IRES) and the OCP Policy Center.

At IRES, Paulo Neves was received by General Director Mohammed Tawfik Mouline, with whom he discussed the possibility of reciprocal participation in initiatives of the two institutions.

With the OCP Policy Center, we sought to establish a close and collaborative relationship, based on the periodic exchange of information and documents, regular meetings and participation in initiatives of common interest.
