The President of the Institute for the Promotion and Development of Latin America was invited by Camões – Institute for Cooperation and Language, to comment on the OECD’s Latin American Economic Outlook 2013.

On June 26, 2013, Paulo Neves was part of the panel that presented the annual document analyzing the Latin American economy, published by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. The Study was presented by the Director of the OECD Development Center, Mario Pezzini.

Based on the recent data presented, the intervention by the President of IPDAL focused on the progress achieved and future challenges that, in general, are common to most Latin American countries.

The following day, the President and Secretary General of IPDAL held a working lunch with the Director of the OECD Development Center.
