The President of IPDAL participated in an International Meeting on Iberoamerica, in Madrid, and had lunch with the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Paulo Neves was invited by Casa de América to the conference “Iberoamérica nos une”. The Meeting featured interventions by the Head of Diplomacy of Madrid, José Manuel García Margallo, the General Secretary of SEGIB, Rebeca Grynspan and the Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs of Chile, Edgardo Riveros, among other personalities.

After the Conference, a lunch was hosted by the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, to which the President of IPDAL was invited.
