The President of IPDAL held a meeting with the Secretary of State for International Cooperation, Ibero-America and the Caribbean of the Government of Spain.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Ibero-American Network for International Studies (RIBEI) conference in Lisbon. We remind you that IPDAL has been a member of RIBEI since November 2018.

Paulo Neves and Juan Pablo de Laiglesia spoke about topics of common interest, with the President of IPDAL recalling the fruitful relationship that has always been maintained between the Institute and the Spanish national authorities, as well as with various civil society institutions, companies and foundations, in addition to the main Ibero-American organizations and initiatives.

The then Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain, Alfonso Dastis, participated in the VII Meeting “Strategic Triangle: Latin America – Europe – Africa”.
