Paulo Neves was invited by SEGIB and by Royal Elcano Institute (RIE) for the V Trilateral Reflection Forum.

At the event, which took place in Segovia on the 17th and 18th of July, the President of IPDAL maintained contacts with the former President of the Dominican Republic, Leonel Fernández, with the Ibero-American Secretary General, Rebeca Grynspan, with the President of the Real Instituto Elcano, Emilio Lamo de Espinosa.

Bringing together names such as Enrique Iglesias, Josep Piqué, Susana Malcorra, Enrique García, Michael Shifter, José Ignacio Salafranca, Carlos Malamud or Peter Hakim, among many others, the conference discussed new scenarios in economic and political relations between North America, Latin America and the European Union.

Paulo Neves participated in a panel with the former President of the European Parliament, Enrique Barón Crespo, and the former Ambassador of Argentina in Lisbon, Washington and New York, Jorge Argüello – distinguished with the IPDAL – Vista Alegre award in 2015.
