For the first time, IPDAL held an international presentation of the conclusions of the “Strategic Triangle: Latin America – Europe – Africa” Meeting.

On November 16th, the President and Secretary General of the Institute publicly presented the policy paper of VI Strategic Triangle , in Madrid, in the prestigious Royal Elcano Institute – the most influential think tank Spanish.
Present were the Ambassador of Portugal, several ambassadors and diplomats from Latin America, the Dean of Ambassadors of Europe, a Senator from Spain, the Director General of the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI), the Director of External Relations and the Director of SEGIB Planning, representatives of the Inter-American Development Bank and CAF – Development Bank of Latin America, large Spanish companies, the University of Extremadura, as well as students.

The initiative consisted of a detailed presentation of the conclusions and improvement proposals set out in the VI Strategic Triangle , followed by debate.
