At the University of Minho, in Braga, IPDAL presented the policy paper of the II Meeting of Foreign Policy and Strategic Thinking.

This closed-door working meeting saw the main Portuguese international relations thinkers and a generation of young talents in the area discuss the role of Portugal and the European Union in the current context of global uncertainty, on the 20th and 21st of October, at Casa of Santa Maria, in Cascais.
