IPDAL, together with the Office for Spain, Italy and Portugal of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, presented an original report on the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan in southern Europe.

The presentation of the report prepared by Nuno Vilão, member of the IPDAL Academy and Councilor of the Institute, was accompanied by a lunch-debate where deputies, academics, businesspeople and opinion makers discussed the conclusions of the document.
