It was with deep regret that IPDAL received the sad news of the death of Professor Doctor Adriano Moreira, on October 23rd.

Professor Adriano Moreira was an exponent of national politics, with relevant contributions not only to the Portuguese State but also to national academic knowledge, which earned him numerous awards and decorations.

Their presence in the initiatives carried out by IPDAL made it possible to add invaluable value to the events.

The Institute expresses its heartfelt condolences to family and friends at this time of immense pain.
