The Minister of Language Policies of Paraguay was present at the reception offered by IPDAL, within the scope of the VI Jornadas de Linguística Hispanica. The Institute once again sponsored the most prestigious academic initiative on Hispanic linguistics in Portugal.

On April 4th, IPDAL offered a reception to the participants, organizers and guests of the “VI Jornadas de Linguística Hispanica”, which had Minister Ladislaa Alcaraz de Silvero as Guest of Honor.

At the Literary Grémio, the President of IPDAL highlighted the importance that the Institute attaches to academic and cultural activities, in order to deepen relations between Portugal and Latin America. Since the first edition of the Journeys, in 2012, IPDAL has considered this event, organized by the Faculty of Arts of the University of Lisbon, an example that fulfills this objective of rapprochement and dialogue.
