The President of IPDAL (Institute for the Promotion and Development of Latin America) met with the new Spanish Ambassador to Portugal, Alberto Navarro.

The meeting took place at the Spanish Embassy in Lisbon and served as an opportunity for the President of IPDAL to present the Institute.
At the end, Paulo Neves stated that “the Institute will continue to rely on the Spanish Embassy. The new ambassador conveyed his enthusiasm for our initiatives and objectives”. The meeting took place on February 16th.
