His Majesty, King D. Filipe VI of Spain, sent a Letter addressed to the President of IPDAL, through his Head of the Royal Household.

In the document, the King salutes IPDAL and thanks the wishes of “success and happiness” formulated in a recent Letter from Paulo Neves. The President of IPDAL sent, shortly after His Majesty’s Proclamation, a Note expressing the Institute’s wishes.
