The IX edition of the Latin American Sunset Party was attended by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Dr. Francisco André.

The event brought together more than one hundred and a half guests and friends of IPDAL, such as deputies to the Assembly of the Republic and the European Parliament, ambassadors and diplomats from all continents, representatives of international organizations, politicians, academics, journalists and businesspeople.

The Secretary of State highlighted the importance of the Institute’s work in bringing Portugal closer to Latin America and the President of IPDAL highlighted the presence of ambassadors from different countries at the event, reflecting the global vocation that characterizes the institution.

The event took place in Zambezi, on the 19th of July, and was carried out in collaboration with the embassies of Latin America, which donated typical drinks, and had the support of the Wine Commission of the Lisbon Region, Cunha Vaz & Associados, Grupo Visabeira and Iberia.
