The President and Secretary General of IPDAL met with the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rosen Plevneliev.

On November 3, 2015, the Institute’s leaders were invited by the Ambassador of Bulgaria, Todor Stoyanov, to the event where the Head of State of this country was present.

IPDAL supported the organization of the business seminar, collaborating with the embassy in sending invitations and contacting some of the main Portuguese companies.

In his intervention, President Plevneliev highlighted the importance of Portugal as a bridge to Latin America and Africa, which the remaining European countries must know how to take advantage of.
