IPDAL once again supported the most prestigious academic initiative on Hispanic linguistics in Portugal.

On April 12th, IPDAL offered a reception to participants, organizers and guests of the “V Jornadas de Linguística Hispanica”. A way of highlighting the Institute’s support for the initiative that this year brought representatives from 23 countries from five continents to Lisbon.

At the Literary Guild, the President of IPDAL highlighted the importance that the Institute attaches to academic activities for deepening relations between Portugal and Latin America, such as the Hispanic Linguistics Days, organized by the Faculty of Arts of the University of Lisbon.

Professor José María Santos Rovira, organizer of the Days, thanked the Institute for its support, which for five consecutive years, since the first edition in 2012, has contributed to the success of the event.
