IPDAL formalized memorandums of understanding with new international institutions: the Pedro Pires Institute for Leadership, from Cape Verde, and the Fundación Diálogos Estratégicos, from Argentina.

The Pedro Pires Institute (IPP) aims to train young leaders with a critical mindset and a long-term strategic vision for the development of Cape Verde.

It is an initiative of the country’s former President of the Republic to develop activities that promote scientific, technical, educational and sociocultural actions, in various areas.

The objective of the IPP is to train young leaders, not only at the Public Service level, but also in the private sector, Non-Governmental Organizations, associations with a mentality and long-term strategic vision for the development of Cape Verde, but also to have young people with critical mindset, capable of thinking taking into account the situation, reality and position of the country at a regional and international level.

Fundación Diálogos Estratégicos is an organization recognized as an interlocutor in the construction of spaces that allow for strategic agreements that relate common interests of inhabitants of the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires and other large cities, through the approximation and linkage between political and union actors , student, cultural, economic, among others.
