IPDAL signed a Cooperation Protocol with one of the largest foundations in Argentina, FEPESNA (Fundacion de Estudios Políticos, Económicos e Sociales para a Nueva Argentina).

The Protocol provides for joint initiatives and the exchange of precise information about the respective institutions, as well as annual formal meetings. Paulo Neves, president of IPDAL, recently met in Buenos Aires with the respective directors. Laura Isabel Velasquez is the President of FEPESNA.
