
The President of IPDAL and the Secretary General of SEGIB signed a memorandum of understanding, which inaugurates a new cycle in the relationship between the two institutions.
On April 16, Paulo Neves and Rebeca Grynspan signed an agreement that provides for joint activities in Portugal, giving more prominence to the Iberoamerican General Secretariat in events held by the Institute.
The signing of the document took place at the Cascais Citadel Palace, provided by the President of the Republic of Portugal for the official dinner of the IV Meeting “Strategic Triangle: Latin America – Europe – Africa”. This moment also resulted from a partnership with Cascais City Council.
