The President of IPDAL received the book “War in Latin America, from Mexican cartels to Colombian guerrillas”.

The author, Ricardo Raposo Lopes, offered the Institute a copy of the work that addresses one of the most important and worrying issues in Latin America. The book is published by Chiado Editora. The author is a doctoral student at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and, in 2014, attended a curricular internship at IPDAL.
