With the aim of following up on the contacts established in the last IPDAL business mission, the Mayor of Encarnación visited Lisbon between the 9th and 11th of April.

The delegation led by quartermaster Joel Maidana visited Lisbon and Coimbra precisely to learn more about the work of the companies that were part of IPDAL’s mission and to start working together.

IPDAL offered a welcome reception to the delegation, on April 9th at Grémio Literário, and followed the most important moments on the agenda.

Encarnación is one of the main cities in Paraguay, capital of the department of Itapúa, in the extreme south of the country, next to the border with Argentina. It is one of the most important economic and industrial centers in Paraguay, mainly due to the agricultural and livestock sector.
