The President of IPDAL was received by the Secretary General of the Union for the Mediterranean, M. Youssef Amrani.

The meeting took place in Lisbon on November 25th. At the meeting, IPDAL invited the Secretary General to be present at the “Strategic Triangle Latin America – Europe – Africa” Meeting that will take place in Lisbon in March 2012. This is an IPDAL initiative. Mr. Amrani accepted the Invitation and confirmed his presence.
