The President of the Board and the Secretary General of IPDAL were received by the diplomatic assistant of the Prime Minister of Portugal.

Similar to what had already been done with the Presidency of the Republic, the IPDAL delegation also delivered in São Bento the policy paper with the recommendations made at the 1st Meeting “Strategic Triangle: Latin America – Europe – Africa”. Various topics were also discussed of mutual interest for IPDAL and the office of the Head of Government of Portugal.
