The President and Secretary General of IPDAL were received by the Director General of Foreign Policy and the Director of Services for the Americas of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At Palácio das Necessidades, in Lisbon, Paulo Neves and Filipe Domingues had the opportunity to present the mission and portfolio of the Institute.

IPDAL projects were identified where there is a clear coincidence with the objectives and activities of the Foreign Policy Directorate and the ties that are allowing an increasingly closer relationship between the MNE and IPDAL were strengthened.
