The President and Secretary General of IPDAL delivered to the Presidency of the Republic the policy paper with the conclusions of the 5th “Strategic Triangle” Meeting.

On November 8, 2016, Paulo Neves and Filipe Domingues were received by the Chief of Staff, Fernando Frutuoso de Melo, and by the Advisor to the President of the Republic for International Relations, Ambassador José Augusto Duarte, at the Belém Palace.
Following what has been the Institute’s policy, at Tuesday’s meeting, IPDAL leaders presented the report with the proposals of the V Meeting “Strategic Triangle: Latin America – Europe – Africa”.
The Policy Paper contains a summary of the interventions of the initiative that brought together the main entities and personalities, Portuguese and international, with an interest in Atlantic triangulation.
As part of this meeting, the Institute’s agenda for 2017 was also presented.
