IPDAL PRESENT AT THE 10TH OEAC SUMMIT

IPDAL was present at the 10th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the OEACP, the Organization of African, Caribbean and Pacific States, in Luanda.

Invited by the President of the Republic of Angola, João Lourenço, and the Secretary General of the OEACP, Georges Chikoti, the President of the Institute, Paulo Neves, was in the Angolan capital where he attended the work of the General Assembly of the OEACP

On the sidelines of the work, IPDAL held a series of bilateral meetings with the Secretary General of the OEACP, Georges Chikoti, the Prime Minister of Cape Verde, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Angola, Téte António, of Togo, Robert Dussey, of São Tomé and Príncipe, Alberto Neto Pereira, from Jamaica, Kamina Johnson Smith and from Barbados, Kerrie Symmonds, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of Portugal, Francisco André, and other representatives from African and Caribbean countries.

IPDAL dedicates some of its main initiatives to Africa, such as the Africa XXI conference or the Latin America Meeting – CPLP.
