For two days, the Institute for the Promotion and Development of Latin America (IPDAL) carried out several initiatives to promote Honduras, in Lisbon.

With the support of the Embassy of Honduras accredited in Lisbon, academic, business, institutional and cultural meetings were held.

The Honduran delegation, led by the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassador resident in Paris, participated in a conference at the Autonomous University of Lisbon, on October 15th. On the same day, the President of IPDAL hosted an official dinner, attended by a member of the Government.

The following day, a meeting took place with a group of high-level Portuguese companies, where the economy and business opportunities in Honduras were presented. Later, Vice Minister Salomé Castellanos, Ambassador Eleonora Ortez and Minister Counselor Viviane de Pierrefeu were received in Parliament by the President of the Delegation of the Assembly of the Republic to the Ibero-American Parliamentary Forum. Finally, the inauguration of a jewelry and photography exhibition was held at the Camões Institute.

IPDAL ORGANIZES EVENT “AL ENCUENTRO DE HONDURAS”

The Honduran delegation, headed by the Vice Canciller and the Ambassador resident in Paris, participated in a conference at the Autonomous University of Lisbon on October 15th. On the same day, the President of IPDAL hosted an official scene, with the presence of a member of the Portuguese Government.

The next day, a meeting was held with high-level Portuguese companies, where the economy and business opportunities in Honduras were presented. In the afternoon, Vice Canciller Salomé Castellanos, Ambassador Eleonora Ortez and Minister Consejera Viviane de Pierrefeu were received in the Parliament, by the President of the Delegate of the Assembly of the Republic at the Ibero-American Parliamentary Forum.

At the end of the day, an exhibition of jewelry and photographs was opened at the Camões Institute.
