The Institute for the Promotion and Development of Latin America (IPDAL) organized, in partnership with the Autonomous University of Lisbon (UAL), the Conference “Latin America, China and the New International Order”.
On October 15th, at UAL, Latin American and European experts debated the relationship between the two emerging powers and the way in which this influences the entire geo-politics and geo-economy of the planet.
The opening of the conference featured an intervention by the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Honduras, the Ambassador of Argentina and the Ambassador of Mexico. In the afternoon, the Vice Minister of Foreign Trade of Panama spoke.
