IPDAL meets with Real Instituto Elcano

Following the protocol signed with the Real Instituto Elcano, last year in Madrid, IPDAL took advantage of the presence of two representatives of this Spanish Institute at the 1st Meeting “Strategic Triangle: Latin America – Europe – Africa” to hold a bilateral meeting.

On March 12th, in one of the rooms provided by the Hotel Fontana Park, the President of IPDAL, Paulo Neves, the Honorary President of the Advisory Board, Minerva Lara, and the Secretary General, Filipe Domingues, took stock of the last year of activities with the vice-president of the Real Instituto Elcano, Ambassador Antonio de Oyarzábal, and with the Principal Researcher for Latin America, Carlos Malamud. During the meeting, the current political and economic scenario in Spain was analyzed and the way in which recent changes will influence the relationship with Latin America and Portugal. On March 12th, in a room made available by the Hotel Fontana Park, the President of IPDAL, Paulo Neves, the Honorary President of the Consultive Council, Minerva Lara, and the Secretary General, Filipe Domingues, hizieron the balance of the last year of activities with the Vice-President of the Royal Instituto Elcano, Ambassador Antonio Oyarzábal, and with the Principal Researcher for Latin America, Carlos Malamud. During the Meeting, representatives of institutions analyzed the current political and economic scenario in Spain and the way in which recent changes will influence relations with Latin America and Portugal.
