The Secretary General of IPDAL was present at the presentation of the theme and logo of the 38th Congress of the Portuguese Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies.

Filipe Domingues was invited to register for the Congress, which will take place this year in the City of Coimbra and which will pay particular attention to Latin America. APAVT is one of IPDAL’s main partners and is pleased to recognize the growing importance of the Latin American market as a tourist destination, working to promote the continent in Portugal and vice versa.

The ceremony, which took place on the 17th of July in Lisbon, was presided over by the Mayor of Coimbra, João Paulo Barbosa de Melo, the President of Turismo Centro de Portugal, Pedro Machado and the President of APAVT, Pedro Costa Ferreira. Several Latin American ambassadors were also present.
